Black Striped Basket

This tote bag’s backbone fibre is sisal which is handwoven into with 100% acrylic yarn.  This basket took about 2 weeks to weave and add leather handles.  It will work well to carry groceries, or books or organize your blankets or toys or plants.  Spot clean as needed.  

Sisal is an evergreen succulent plant whose fibre is used traditionally for ropes, twine, carpets and also baskets. The baskets are very hardy, ecofriendly and biodegradable.
